    You guys don't really want to pick up this issue of Cooking Wild, with recipes like the "Lazy Man's All-In-One Pheasant Leg Sunday Supper", or the Oyster Stuffed Canada Goose, nor do you want to study the article pairing wines and venison (venison loin with fig and zifandel reduction), or the crusted caribou tenderloin with mushroom and red wine reduction. No, don't go there: your waistline will thank you...

    As tough as it just to see a pheasant around here much less how tough pheasant legs are.
    Well, I just don't see any where "Lazy" fits in any where.
    Blasting and casting has been pretty good this season. Not big numbers but great times just the same.

    Alex-Is the recipe online? I have about 12 pheasants in the freezer (plus a few huns and quail) that need to be eaten!
