Need some ideas on some patterns for bass for shallow water, not to bulky or or hard to cast cuz all I have for bass rods are a couple of 6 weights. TIA
Lefty's decievers and poppers are my favorites to have in my box. A whole lot less sexy is the ole black wolley bugger, which I have caught many bass on too.
Guess I'll try something along the line of a wooley bugger with a bunny strip tail, some rubber legs thrown in somewhere on the body, in a variety of colors, purple black green yellow. Mono loop around the hook bend to the eye so it'l go through the pads. I have some hair bugs, and I think I'll look into the lefty deciever too. Thanks. And if I can get the macro thingy on my digital camera to work right I'll post what I come up with.
Thank you flytyer! Now I'm gonna have to buy more stuff.
