Had the fishing portion of my searun class today. We got a hungry and took a break at 10AM: Homemade Pork Rillettes by student Warren Sly; red wine; a selection of cheese; calamata olives; and baguette; followed by a good cigar and more fishing!

There's an Orvis joke in there somewhere, but it's just not coming to me. Something about tweed and fine wine..

An empty belly helps a man focus on his fishing. That spread would go nicely with some fresh smoked salmon though.

That spread is making me hungry. I gotta find some crackers and awesome cheese now.....

Leland, if I sauntered up to your table, would you kick me out for drinking a cold Asahi?

Only if you didn't have another one.
