After 3 months of trial and error and learning all summer .
It all came together today .
I hooked 10 sea run cuthroats today from the beach in the south puget sound area

All caught on olive sculpins that I got from the Gig harbor fly shop

Fishing in and around seams and shallow water parallel to the beach( everything worked)
    an awsome day

Nice. I was doing the same thing today in the South Sound and got a large Zero. Along with the other 3 fisherman I was with got the exact Zero. It was a nice day to be out on the water today though, after the wind calmed down. congrats again.

Saw numerous cutts today in the south sound. Most within 20' of the beach. Food for thought.

Nice. But expect a case of reality whoop-ass. Fishing in the salt has a way of bitch slapping you. Enjoy it when it happens. Hot day in the salt for SRCs ranks as one of my favorite fishing days

I've got to tell those Gig Harbor guys to quit selling those things...

They have another one on the same pattern, different color that seems to work even better for me.

    Well done, great fun.

Oh yes I realize that for sure. I spent alot of time at another beach during the summer and all I got was good scenery , salid on my line and lost flies.

It is pretty clear that the sea runs move around alot
