    Hey Guys,

I have been researching on gohunt and checking out all the CRP land around the pullman area. I was wondering if there were any public land areas closer to pullman because a lot of what i have found so far doesn't even show up on GoHunt. if anyone has any suggestions on upland bird areas worth checking out or know of any better way to find public land around pullman, that would really help me out. Go Cougs

Not exactly close to Pullman but I had some success at the Fishtrap release site. Big area. Saw birds, but couldn't get to them w/o a dog. Good luck. (You...not the Cougs!)

One of the best methods for finding huntable upland land is to "knock on doors and politely ask"--it doesn't always work and is often uncomfortable, but it often does work at getting you onto very good land....
