    if anyone is looking to build a rod for cheap, check out Patrick's right now. They have old Sage DS rod blanks for $24!!!!

    their website seems pretty outdated. best goto the store itself. btw, i stopped by and got the full story on those DS blanks and looks like they are unmarked and considered "blem" but appanretly no obvious flaws in them.
