    Thread: Benecchi 12/0, black
    Rib: Oval tinsel, gold
    Rail: Hackle barbs, dyed scarlet
    Body: Seal's fur - or substitute, dyed black (rear half); Seal's fur - or substitute, dyed purple (front half)
    Wing: Hen, dyed purple (3 hackles) - tied flat
    Collar: Hen, dyed scarlet

    Another one that the SRC and steelhead would love in my favorite steelhead river on the Oregon coast.

    I like the flat wing idea and the colors, I will go sparse on the hackle though when I try this one.
