    Hard to say really since I don't tie one fly from start to finish in one go. If I were to sit down with the materials all laid out in front of me...maybe 10 - 15 minutes.

    What I normally do though is to tie a bunch of the backs, tie a bunch of eyes on hooks and let them dry, connect the back to the front hook and let them dry, tie the fronts, and then trim them all.
