They are issuing tickets if you don't have your Discover Pass properly displayed around your neck when using the new head. After all, they need to pay for it.

I agree. In this day and age, one would expect a vid recorded on a "head cam." Go big or go home!

I think we need a reading table with a signed ford fenders book as the first reading material.

Just checked and the state didn't design the new head to accept quarters. Better drop some dimes........
