broke RPL

    A friend of mine broke his Sage 3 weight RPL last August on the Methow. After crying and whining the last few months, my friend realized he will receive a blank from Sage and not a built rod. Is there a rod builder you would recommend for him? He lives in Wenatchee.

    You've got a great rod builder in Spokane, Steve Moran. He's on Trent near Fancher.
