OK, this is totally off the wall, but I've had two unrelated incidents where male cats marked (sprayed) on fins. Not the same pair either. One time was @ Blue and Rajah got into my car and sprayed on my fins, and the other was this week, when a male cat apparently snuck into my house and sprayed on a loaner pair I have here. Super weird. Anyone experienced this or know why this is happening?

How much are you asking for the cat?

Rajah's Cap' Larry's cat, and the interl0per into my place was not my cat, so sorry, I am not in the cat brokerage business unless you are looking for a small female non-spraying tenacious Tuxedo cat.

I'll offer $0.45 for the cat, pass on the fins - either pair. Fish hate cat piss almost as bad as I do.

Cats make good crab bait, don't they? OK, I'll go $1.00 for the cats.

I've had mine pizz all over my hockey equipment. Makes me real popular in the dressing room. Even after washing -- once you start to sweat -- its enough to bring tears to your eyes.

For the interloper, just get rid of that bad boy. Catch it in a "Havahart" style trap and take it over a couple of river bridges and let it go. It won't come back. Works with home-invading racoons and 'posums, too.

If you were close enough, I'd loan you mine.

Don't know why cats do this, except to mark their territory.

Yeah, I believe that you're correct... Cats do make good crab bait.

My only problem is that as a interloper from Louisiana, I can't bid against ya' for the cat/crab bait, 'cuz the shipping is just too high.

Damn, I should have listed the cats on Ebay, I bet I'd gotten a lot more for them there--though they may have a rule about selling cats that don't actually belong to you.....

it's ok to sell any cat even if you don't own it due to the
    Coyote population ......

You can send me the cat. Just make sure it is in 4 or 5 separate packages..

A size 8/0 circle hook through the back just above the shoulders and one through the tail for a stinger and you have yourself a mighty fine shark fly.

You know, cats can be pretty trainable when they need to be. It always seems the big bulls have a favorite thing to piss on. Then everyone joins in. We used to keep several electric horse fence units around that run off car batteries. They usually leave so fast you don't get a good look to see what kind of cat it was, more like the blur of color.
