Dry fly fisherpeople are just dirty bobber lobbers in disguise. Hopper/dropper my ass!

(*I'm with Mr. Floyd on this...I'm in it only for the laughs...no hurt intended)

There is a recurring, gentlemanly discussion on this forum about the virtues of nymph fishing for steelhead and (in particular) the use of an indicator teamed with a bead.

A quick site search of the term "bead" or perhaps "dirty ass nympher" will catch you right up :)

Sad to say but your "Steelhead Virginity" is most likely on its way down the drain.

    Oh Evan..

Just rename your indicator "Green Drake" or "Royal Wulff"... Hell, I named my steelhead sized bobbers "One of Leland's flies", and my trout sized ones "Size 22 Griffiths" just so I can be honest and people don't make fun of me..

And then when people ask you "what did you catch that one on?", you can look them in the eye and say "I was using One of Leland's flies".. Good for his sales, and good for your public image!

When you can use "dirty ass nympher" as a search term, you just know this forum is full of classic content!

  9. I like that casterbation.

When you cast cack handed it becomes backside casterbation

How about "A Rookie Bobber Users Diary"?

In the beginning Billy Bobber arrived at the river and noticed a piece of floating wood.....
