Two free rods? Maybe 5 or 6. :D

Just checked it out. Back in the early nineties they sold for around 5,000 new. They are now valued at about 10,000. This fellow is out of touch.

It took me a good month of talking to the wife to get the speedster I got. I don't think I will be married long enough to talk her in to that one!!!

When I first saw the title, I though of my Martin 3/4 fly reel I only paid $29.95. That was about 4 or 5 years ago. It works like a charm.

How do you like that reel? It's an attractive reel but I wonder how tough it is...durability?

I would think that the durability would not be the issue. I also think the seller is out of touch with reality, but what the heck. Sometimes these folks get into a bidding frenzy and whoa, it could happen and he goes away with lots of shekels in his jeans.
