    Hey all,

I stopped by a place having a moving sale today and picked up a Cortland Precision Sub Surface 24 ft Sinking Tip line. It has a floating running line, and cost me just $19.50. It's a 175 GR wt. I assume it would be ideally matched to a 5 wt, but was hoping that it would also be fine for my 6 wt. The goal was to have a nice streamer line (for cheap) for trout/bass.

Has anyone used this line? What rod wt would you match it too?

    Thanks!
