    Time for some Hemipterics. Saw this on a Kiwi site; took a wag on the sequence.

    hook - Mustad 94840 #8
    thread - UTC 140 tan
    abdomen - caribou spun/clipped
    head - 2mm foam tan
    eye - foam cylinder
    legs - medium rubber brown
    indicator - Congo Hair white
    hackle - ginger/grizzly

    mash barb, start thread at the back end

    clean a clump of caribou, trim tips; 2 soft loops, let it spin, then pack it

    repeat

    and again; tie off thread and trim

    flip it, lay a razor blade on the eye (to establish the underside) and push straight back

    trim to shape

    re-start thread, tie in a foam strip (a little more than gap width) facing back

    poke a hole where the hook eye intersects; pull foam up 'till the eye pokes through and tie down at eye

    brush a little Super Glue on the inside, insert foam cylinder and tie down

    tie in a hank of CH

    trim tag end of foam and eyes; post and tie in hackle (shiny side out, cup side up)

    tie in legs

    wrap hackle, tie of at the base of post; pull hackle/post back, half hitch at back of head, SHHAN
