+1 for early May.
I'll be over in Ellensburg on the 1st and 2nd, so if you guys choose that weekend I'll plan on coming up Saturday afternoon / evening. The FFF event is in Eburg that weekend, so stop by and check it out if you have time.
I'll also be in Ellensburg for the FFF event spending the weekend, and hopefully not spending at the show. Had planned to fish the Lower Yak for Smallies. But I could find time to head over to Dry Falls Join in the festivities.
Way too soon for me to know if I'm able to go or if I'll be doing daddy daycare while the misses works on weekly term papers for her masters. Any chance any other Kitsappers might rideshare? Is this a bank, float tube or pontoon fishery for best results? Sorry for the moronic question, but this is outside my two inch bubble of knowledge.
i can and will go whenever just get me the days you all will be there.
Mumbles, It's a toon, tube, small boat place. But I would recomend you fish from the north high banks of the lake
And at that time of the year, look out for ticks. Lots of them in the grass along side of the lake and the tall grass.
Would that be light fishing off one of the Puget Sound high bluffs or like fishing off the Tacoma Narrows Bridge? That sounds like some Florida fishing peer action.
It looks like most everyone agrees on May 2-3..
Lets make this happen.
I would like to come and meet some of the fine gentlemen from this web site or any of the guys that show up.Is it a potluck deal or what? This is going to be fun I've had some steller day on dry falls this time of year.I hope Mumbles is able to be there I'm dying to meet this guy,I don't know why maybe a morbid curiosity.
count me in for may. ill request yet another long weekend at work....
Morbid curiosity generally requires someone to be dead. Yikes!
About meeting Mumbles, I suggest you don't.
He's way cooler online. :rofl::rofl::rofl:
Something for you there Old Man In Training...
Have you seen your avatar?Land of the living?I'm not so sure.:hmmm:
May 2-3, hm, most likely works for me. I haven't trudged through the stinky mud there for a few seasons. Sounds fun.
I would really like to make it but can't on the 5/02-03 weekend. I think I enjoyed the last outing over there. I'll likely make it sometime before that. Anyone else?
JS - "Trudged through the stinky mud..." Most of us use a watercraft.....
I'm gonna try to make it up.
