I had to ask when Easter is. I thought it was already here and gone. Being retired, you lose track of what day is what. All my days are Fridays. We don't have any kids around and all the grand kids are in another state.

Missing out as my girls are back home while I'm coaching 12 teenage girls across the state.

Very cool! You definitely have a knack for that. The prize for each egg should be a fishing trip with dad.

What kind of a rig do you fish these on? ;)

Very nice, my kids are egg painting tomorrow, got the dyes on thurs, I'll have to give it a go to. Guaranteed my 'art' will look more like a blob, a scud or leech at best.

    Have a good Easter folks,

    Dave

You did NOT miss Easter. It is May 5th this year.

Don't pay attention to ALL those people that left the church in 1054!!!

I read this because I was assuming that you hooked a 20lb steelhead whilst dying easter eggs...

Just a roller pen and crayons, which make the dye not penetrate. Just a fun little ode to my angling obsession is all, kids thought they were cool.

Thanks, have a blessed and wonderful Easter all.

The blessing of Easter to all of you.

Nice job on the eggs, Dan. Enjoy those youngsters as much as you can,
because before you know it, they will be all grown and out the door.
The good side of it is, that you still get to be their dad.
