Well, I went out in my tube yesterday to a near by lake. The weather was great the water was cold. Hooked some nice fish but only lasted about 2 hrs before my feet went numb. So that being said the March opener should be good! I wish I could go, but its back to work for me in Alaska. One more thing we have had lots of wind in the late afternoon on into the evening.

    SWEET!
Scott, are you coming on Thursday? I forgot, didn't we take the boats down Thursday afternoon last time I went?

Wind is good, why worry about the wind. Ok so last year the 35mph sustained wind with gusts up to 50 blowing straight away from the launch did provide a challenge. Almost swamped my boat pulling the anchor.

Watched a guy turn over in a tube a couple of years ago. Nobody could get to him but he made it to the island.

Ira, get you ass over there and teach us about this new bobber stuff. I hear that it can be good.....

    Boats are for wussies.
