Can anyone help me out on this .....

The fishing regulations specfically identify a special rules area at the beach just south of the Edmonds ferry dock (near the fishing pier). I have never been there but I have been looking at satalite photos. I am trying to understand the text in the regulations and figure out if I can try fishing there or not.

Can anyone decode the special rules 1 & 2 for this area for me in plain english? See page 116 of the pamphlet.

Any information from someone who has actaully been there would be greatly appreciated.

    Edmond's Beach Rule Explanation

My guess is that it is such a heavily used beach by the public at large and there is limited space. You'd hook more old folks, kids, and MLF's than anything else.
