Fall Streamer Fishing

  1. Here are some pictures from my attempts at catching monster browns this fall. Biggest was about 22", so my quest for that 5-10-pounder continues. Pics are from a few trips around western Montana, from the last couple of weeks:

  2. Man I've got to get out there, looks amazing.

  6. That's Hareline UV Polar Chenille. Skip gluing those big (and virtually un-castable) coneheads on and that's one quick and easy streamer.
  7. Nice job man, I really need to make a trip to Montana!
  8. That's what I was thinking it was. Thanks! I love that stuff use it on most of myth steelhead patterns.
  9. Hey Kyle,

Just thought I'd add a little fuel to your fire... Here's a little brown I picked up last year near our cabin in MT. Enjoy, and good luck with your quest.

  12. Your flies need to get bigger; check out Galloup's web site, dude knows a thing or two about big browns.
