They are a fine 5wt.
Value can be +/- $120 in perfect condition with correct factory tube/sock.
If you are not paying too much, you'll be pleased with it.
Mighty fine fly rod you are contemplating. Fenwick made some fine rods in those days. I have several including the FF805. It is so easy to cast and fun with a fish on.
Thank guys. I'm now leaning toward a 705, 755, or older 75. If you have any experience with these, I'd love to hear about it.
