I am wondering if anyone would be willing to share a good duck or goose hunting area in kitsap county. This is my first year hunting them in washington so I am not shure where to go and would like to stay close to home. I know there is a bit of duck hunting over here, last years estimation was somewhere near 800 ducks for kitsap county. Also would it be worth taking a gun in the drift boat to jump shoot ducks in back waters while steelheading? Feel free to PM me. Thanks for the help.

Don't know of much in the way of good hunting in Kitsap county, but you might consider heading a little ways south to the Nisqually Flats.

anyone need mallard flank.... let me know. I have bags of them.

Clint- Kitsap is a bad county to try to hunt in. no shooting zones and a 1500' buffer on the shoreline make things tough in many areas. I have lived here my whole life and the only duck i have shot in Kitsap was off my porch. always worth it to take your gun and try a cast-n-blast but make sure you know the regs.
