Hey guys I started building a RC multirotor helicopter to take aerial video and pictures for my own enjoyment about a year ago. This summer I took it to Wyoming and Alaska and flew/filmed. While I was in Alaska I was able to make a couple promotional videos for the place we stayed (didnt get paid for it, as I am merely an amateur just having fun) Anyways, here are my videos from the couple fishing trips. Let me know what you think! Thanks guys Alaska Wyoming (only some fishing clips) Wyoming Idaho (no aerial, just shots from the ground) South Fork of the Snake River! Check out my pictures from the trips here http://normanap.com/
Very good stuff, for sure, but I'd rather be the guy fishing LB Thanks for sharing your obvious talents, those videos and pics tell the story.
WOW! That's some good stuff. Thanks for sharing with us. Would you give some details about your RC 'coptor? How big is it? Powerplant? Camera(s)?
hey thanks guys......... I have been gearing up for the last year to really start to learn how shoot some photography and fly my helicopter. I enjoy fishing and I have done small stream fly fishing for a while, but nothing like the stuff in Alaska. I got my hands on a fly rod each of the days... I am high school science teacher and soccer coach, so the summers I can travel, take some pictures and do some fishing. I enjoy learning new things and being outdoors and on the river is a lot of fun. Hi Addidas. Thank you for the exceptional shots. My 12 yo son is intersted in RC. He has purchased and crashed a few hellicopters. They were cool untill the crashes destroyed them. Questions re your camera: 1. It appears you can see the view of the cameral real time while the helicpoter is flying. Is this true? 2. If so, can you a. remote zoom in an out. b.remote pan and tilt. c. focus? That looks like a really cool tech toy. Your videos look like a pro produced them. Thanks again.
Extremely cool. My initial reaction was that I'm sorry you didn't get paid - hope you at least worked out a comp deal of some sort - as your work looks as good ae what is regularly seen from the "pros." Truly nice work.
