Last spring I lost a Cabela's LST 9 ft 6 weight rod along with a Cabelas's RLS reel and a Rio floating line overboard. I was fishing about 150 yards from the launch area near the road. I had laid my rod/reel down since I had no strikes using a chironomid/strike indicator. Believe it or not a fish struck and that was the last I saw of my rod and reel. I trolled for several hours around the location but gave up thinking I would catch the floating line.

I did post a notice on the forum back then. Would appreciate a reply even if this is not the rig you found. Thanks drzeaus42

Gonna 'fess up on the item... Found a set of fins at the lauch site. For all I know, the owner won't realize they're missing until next spring. Oh well...

Ya made me go and look, not mine. I still have a pair of wading boats I found a month+ ago.
