Did a lap around Fox Island in a go fast kayak the other afternoon. I started out going East from the Fox Island Bridge on an outgoing tide. Given that this is a usual traing paddle for me, and that I wanted something a little different, I stayed close to shore instead of going point to point so I could do a little scouting.

Saw lots of activity in sheltered bays - baitfish jumping, larger fish rolling, nervous water - it all looked pretty fishy and pretty active.
