Georgia Peach

  1. Ok, so that's likely not the actual name. I'm sure this generic pattern has a name, but I don't know it. This is my second attempt at a spey pattern. It's more or less Davy Earl's Green Butt Spey in a different color with a added throat. I'm looking for any criticism anyone can provide.

    Georgia Peach:
    Hook - 1/0 Tiemco 202SP
    Butt - prismatic tinsel
    rib - silver oval
body part 1 - peach antron yarn
hackle - not sure, something Davy gave me
body part 2 - peach dubbing
    Throat - mallard flank
    Wing - bronze mallard

The hackle is Ronn Lucas' Spey hackle. He is a member of the board and you can PM him if anyone needs some I think. Its great stuff-thin stemmed.
