Hey guys we are rorollback into a great season for fishing SRC's as well as resident Coho. So for the next 2 weeks we have a tying theme of Plankton patterns. Amphipods, euphasids, and small shrimps. These guys are great for winter fishing the beaches. Mostly no bigger than a half inch.
First night is this Wednesday at 7 Seas brewery in Gig Harbor at 6:30pm. Then next week it's in Tacoma at Puget Sound Fly co at 6pm. Tying is not required just a good time. Hope to see you there.
I do a little thicker dubbing so that I can brush it out and get it to flair a little for more natural movement. Also I never put weight on them because they fish better with a slow sinking.
Good colors.
shrimp pink
Light Olive/ gray

Light Pink
