    Gregg, great pics, thanks for sharing! When the weather warms up, I love going after transplanted black bass in the lakes near Rome. I've always used surface poppers, but your flies have given me other ideas...

    Spring can not get here soon enough. I was already on the water last year at this time. The water temps are just too cold for any real decent bass fly fishing right now. I keep telling myself that warmer waters are just around the corner. Right now I just tie flies and get my bass fishing fix from reading stories from my Arizona friends that are slaying the bass right now.
