  1. WET WADE,
I GOT A FRIEND WHO TOLD ME A STORY ABOUT THIS BAR DOWN IN TEXAS CALLED 'CHURCH'. ANYTIME IS WIFE WOULD CALL UP TO SEE WHERE HE WAS, HE WOULD SAY 'IM FIXEN TO GO TO CHURCH.' THE PART HE DIDNT ADD WAS 'TO GET REALLY F#@KED UP.'

    TY

  2. I saw a big ski boat called the "Fog Ducker". That seemed inapropriate, but funny as hell.

  3. A buddy of mine named his after his ex-wife. He said hell it was the least he could do after all she was paying for it !!!

  4. Awww, c'mon now.

Do you mean to tell me that NOBODY has named their boat the Happy Hooker?

    Or Xaviera. Take your choice.

Right. Probably the wives & significant others would Not Approve.

  5. eons ago I worked a few seasons on a troller originating out of Newport, then down out of Half Moon Bay and the bay area named the "Obstinate", always thought of that as a cool name for boat. Back in the same era another guy I knew had a boat named "Boat" as well.

  6. Otter, I think you just gave away your age. I'll bet less then half the people on this board know who Xavier Hollander is. Her name would make a great name for a boat and I seem to remember seeing a boat named the Happy Hooker. I believe it was on gamefishin.

  7. Old, old 14'6'' Willie that I push with a motor in the salt from time to time - push being the operative word here; five knots tops. We named her "The Pregnant Sow".

  8. I have a small boat that I named "Whale Tail"
A whale tail is when a lady bends down and you can see the top of her thong style undies. It looks like a whale's tail when it dives down. Most people see the name and say that's cute cause they don't get it, but the ones that get it really crack up.
I like the name "Lucky Pierre" for a boat and on one of those shark fishin shows there was a boat named "Crack Oar"

  9. There is a story about a kid that was so ugly they had to tie a pork chop around his neck to get the dog to play with him.

I named my boat "Pork Chop" because it gets people to fish with me.

  10. My canoe, "tippy-2". My 14' sled, "stained shorts". Nuf said.

  11. One more to add, My buddies boats name: "Rod-n-Reel".

  12. My uncles boat is named "Wet Dream".

  13. What about "Hoof Hearted"

  14. THATS GREAT    OOOHH DEAR bawling: THAT IS A NEW ONE. VERY GOOD THOUGH. HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TELLING PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE A 'WET DREAM'? WHAT KIND OF BOAT IS IT?

    TY

  15. "Master Baiter"

  16. The best boat name I've seen was on a sailboat named "Hot Ruddered Bum".

  17. Nice! I've been to "The Office" in Dillon, MT a few times.

Another driftboat name - Fly Trap.

  18. I have a small 10 foot (I think it is that big) fiberglass boat that I got with a trailer for free. It isn't a good boat at all, but it floats so I don't mind. I am a college student so the funds aren't exactly there. Last year I decided it needed a name so I named it "The Caudal Peduncle," with duct tape letters. It goes well with my ghetto home made cement anchors. For one of them I used an old Adam's peanut butter tub to set the cement in, the other was a large orange juice container.

  19. SLY,

HOME MADE ANCHORS ARE THE $HIT!! WE USED TO TAKE COFFEE CAN'S AND FILL THEM WITH CEMENT, WAIT FOR IT TO CURE A BIT AND STICK AN EYE BOLT IN IT TO CONNECT A ROPE OR CHAIN TO.

  20. Brake shoes from a train or rail car are the ticket as far as anchors are concerned. Dip 'em in that rubber paint stuff and you have a great anchor.

I've seen the name "Wet Dream" on a few boats. Still makes me laugh though.

Our old bayliner was named the "Lucky Dawgs". Wife is a UW grad and we always have the two labs out there with us.
