I saw a big ski boat called the "Fog Ducker". That seemed inapropriate, but funny as hell.

eons ago I worked a few seasons on a troller originating out of Newport, then down out of Half Moon Bay and the bay area named the "Obstinate", always thought of that as a cool name for boat. Back in the same era another guy I knew had a boat named "Boat" as well.

Otter, I think you just gave away your age. I'll bet less then half the people on this board know who Xavier Hollander is. Her name would make a great name for a boat and I seem to remember seeing a boat named the Happy Hooker. I believe it was on gamefishin.

Old, old 14'6'' Willie that I push with a motor in the salt from time to time - push being the operative word here; five knots tops. We named her "The Pregnant Sow".

I have a small boat that I named "Whale Tail"
A whale tail is when a lady bends down and you can see the top of her thong style undies. It looks like a whale's tail when it dives down. Most people see the name and say that's cute cause they don't get it, but the ones that get it really crack up.
I like the name "Lucky Pierre" for a boat and on one of those shark fishin shows there was a boat named "Crack Oar"

There is a story about a kid that was so ugly they had to tie a pork chop around his neck to get the dog to play with him.

I named my boat "Pork Chop" because it gets people to fish with me.

The best boat name I've seen was on a sailboat named "Hot Ruddered Bum".

I have a small 10 foot (I think it is that big) fiberglass boat that I got with a trailer for free. It isn't a good boat at all, but it floats so I don't mind. I am a college student so the funds aren't exactly there. Last year I decided it needed a name so I named it "The Caudal Peduncle," with duct tape letters. It goes well with my ghetto home made cement anchors. For one of them I used an old Adam's peanut butter tub to set the cement in, the other was a large orange juice container.

    SLY,

HOME MADE ANCHORS ARE THE $HIT!! WE USED TO TAKE COFFEE CAN'S AND FILL THEM WITH CEMENT, WAIT FOR IT TO CURE A BIT AND STICK AN EYE BOLT IN IT TO CONNECT A ROPE OR CHAIN TO.

Brake shoes from a train or rail car are the ticket as far as anchors are concerned. Dip 'em in that rubber paint stuff and you have a great anchor.

I've seen the name "Wet Dream" on a few boats. Still makes me laugh though.

Our old bayliner was named the "Lucky Dawgs". Wife is a UW grad and we always have the two labs out there with us.
