Has anyone ever tried fishing for Cuts at the mounth of Harrison Creek...the mouth is just north of Samish River mouth. During low tide it is a mud flat for quite some time. However, there are plenty of oyster beds near by (they tend to attract cutts? right?).

    Andrew,

Why not just fish the mouth of the Samish. Its a bigger stream. Have you fished that?
