Hidden lake

    It's a relatively small lake but the fishing is outstanding. I took my girlfriend there, it was her first time, and we just knocked 'em dead. I pretty much just coached her on this trip but everything she caught was 8-10" long. Not really trophy sized but the action was non stop. Fished on top mostly but had to switch it up and go deep on occasion to find the best action.

    She told me she would go back there any time because it was her favorite place but I still enjoy the selective/quality fisheries where it's catch and release. I'd give it a go if I were you but also keep searching for that one special fishery you don't ever want to share with the rest of us. Too many lurkers here looking for someone else's honey hole.
