I'm gonna have it preprepped at home, but will be doing smoked bacon bombs and poutine Thursday night with prop some sort of pseudo apple cobbler for dinner that thursday. Rest of meals are kinda in planning. May do a repeat of Saturdays dinner. Seems to always be a hit. ;)

Jerry, what can others do that will help you around camp so you get as much fishing time as the rest of us? I don't think anyone should be taken advantage of, and you always seem to give more time to the group.

Don't worry I'm getting about as much as everyone. I left with you guys and got off river with my drift boat as the sun was going down. Only time I've never fished on a trip was the 2 fly event. Since it was actually a tournament I legally had to stay with the food. This is a camp so I'm allowed to go as I please. Plus with amount of guys this is a fun get together for me with fishing tossed in. I make several multi day trips to the OP for steel each year so its no biggie me being a "camp host". Trust me I'll be doing a week long warm up shortly for the Hoh Down. ;)

What I can really use is cleanup help mostly. That way I can eat and unwind a bit. I'm gonna keep meals pretty simple (it may seem extravegant but my meals aren't hard for me to make). That way prep is pretty simple.

I look forward to the Bacon Bomb + Smoked Porter beer dinner pairing. That's some seriously gourmet, 5 star shit right there.

    Hey Folks,

I am interested in joining in the Hoh down for the first time if it works out with work. I have never fished the OP and was wondering if an intermediate rower would be fine on good sections of the Hoh? If so, I will bring my clack and some other treats.

We have to scout it. Butt I've taught a few rowers on the Morgan to Willoughby run. The Hoh Down is open to all.

Crap, if you're doing the bacon bomb Thursday night, I gotta figure out how I can get there for that. Not sure how, might have to sell my soul to my wife for a month, but damn-it, with Evan's brew thrown in that just might be worth it.

Hell... If I have time... I could even do a beer to pair with the bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers. A little smoked malt, throw in a jalapeno to the secondary fermenter.... Chili beers are so much more delicious than they sound.

Jerry, if it would make it easier for you I could do my chowder on Thursday night. I think I'll be there the weekend before.
