Horrocks-Ibbotson Bamboo Rod - Utica, NY

    Hello,
    I recently received a Horrocks-Ibbotson Bamboo Rod made in Utica, NY.

    My search on the internet turned up little information. Is anybody familiar with these rods? Are they valuable at all? I am not knowledgeable about bamboo rods as I'm just 27 and only own graphite rods.

    I like the Horrocks rods, but they are typically not very valuable. I think they make a great introduction to restoring bamboo rods. YOu can fish with them. They will get the job done.
