Anyone ever fish Horseshoe Lake in Woodland for bass? I know they stock it with trout but are there any bass? Thanks Clay
Hello Clay It has been a couple of years, but yes, there are bass in Horseshoe Lake. I always tended to do well in the southern portion of the horseshoe. There are a lot of stumps and other fine cover in that portion of the lake. Leech patterns should work well right now. Once the water gets above 65 degrees, try top water flies during low light conditions. Good luck if you go. Please let me know how you make out. Shawn
