Could've been a lot more lopsided. That 24 was low for how they were actually playing once they got rightside up.

Kent, I heard that too and cracked up.

Shhh... just keep it that way. Maybe they will "keep talking" about how great the Falcons are, and look past your Hawks. Honestly, I don't think they'd give much credit to the Hawks even if they went all the way and won the Super Bowl. If the Hawks did manage to win the whole thing, the headlines after the Super Bowl would read something like:

"The Pats/Broncos/Ravens/Texans fall short in the Super Bowl" or "Super Bowl over, but the question remains...is RG3 ok?"

I don't think the Hawks would get credit if they scored 70 points after being down 42 to 0. Again, I'm not a Hawks fan, but I really like that Russel Wilson kid. It may just be a good thing that he's not getting "picked apart" by the press. It's kinda a damned if you do, damned if you don't. You'd like the "love", but it's nice when teams look past you.

I hope all the Spokane area seahawks watching dish users are happy today (and home). They're back on TV.

Great game. Thrilling (sad) finish. Defense - no pass rush and poor tackling - cost us the game.

They had a great year especially with being so young. Big expectations next year!

I can think of a few things that cost us the game, but what a comeback! Funnest football season in a while, next year looks promising.

Agreed. I'm not sure I've ever seen a young, QB mature that fast. He has shown great pose on and off the field...very refreshing. Now, so long as someone sends SF home for the season, the 2012 season will have been a good one.

Why, oh why, do you guys stress about this stuff? Because you bought a Seattle jersey or other NFL licensed apparel?

None of these guys would blink an eye if they happened to glance across an article in the news describing your head being crushed in an car accident. None of them have paid a single cent of your mortgage, your car payments, medical bills, or give a damn about your family, or your basic existence. Yet you continue to pay attention to these yahoos like they matter.

Because we like sports. And who's stressing out? We all want our team to win...we're just sports fans.

Naw, it's more than that...I see idiots at work settle into deep mental funks that last for weeks as 'their team' self-destructs. Pathetic.
