    Can't find line weight of a hurricane 2-480. Can anyone help?

    if it is bamboo then don't bother with it. Not worth your time to fix it to fish it unless you dismantle it and reglue the
    strips.
    if it is fiberglass it is from the late 50s to maybe 1960.
    How long is it?
    try it with a seven wt, then a six weight, it might even be an eight
