floating euphasiid pattern dead drifted with a little twitch
good news on the early rezzies
Are you sure they were salmonids? I have been fooled before into casting to a school of herring dimpling the surface. Pretty good sized ones too. Finally got a couple to take a slowly stripped chum baby!
I'm going out to research this phenomenon further tonite. Details to follow.
they were probably starfish... or sharks. But probably starfish.
how many 4 locos have you had............testify.
Should have had your son cast to them. With his casting percision he could have thrown it directly into a slurping mouth
Beat me to the punch Derek.
Evan I was sure you were going to agree with Derek on this one, boy was I off.
So I figured out what most of the school was.
Starfish is the new Atlantic Salmon
Good, what did you decide Jason? I couldn't wade out far enough to see if they were chum fry or sandlance. We usually don't see herring in that shallow water.
I'm with Mr. Young. Definitely Atlantic Salmon.
If most of it was baitfish, what was the rest of it? I don't know too many folks that fish over a school of baitfish for the baitfish...
You 're just doing this to punish yourself. You know that you aren't allowed to catch fish and you persist. Next time leave your gear at home and take Matty along and you just point them out for him to catch. You have become the caddy and He's the pro. Once he lets you get in on the little things he'll start letting you catch fish. little ones at first. I hope you can last that long for your sake. It might help if you learned to bake cookies, I'll talk to chef about if he thinks you could learn that. I'm sure Matty would like cookies.
I dunno what the fuck I was thinking. Mebbe I should take up golf......
It seems that way, doesn't it?
I've seen that cartoon clip broheim...you thinking tenkara too? (yes, after typing that t word I'm polishing off my beer)
I had a feeling by your description they might be some kind of baitfish.
You know, bowling is cool, and you can do it all winter, and it's easier to drink more beer than golf.
If I just do video games, I don't even need to use the house. And the fridge would be closer...
PERFECT! Even better. You can even put the fridge right next to the couch, so then you only need to crawl down the hall to the bathroom. Better yet, just use a stadium buddy so you don't have to do a frickin' thing.
