Do yourself a favor and stop by Karla's Smokehouse on the N end of town. http://www.oregonlive.com/living/index.ssf/2011/02/karla_steinhauser_rockaway_bea.html Spent more money there this weekend than I care to admit. Her Black Cod was the best smoked fish I had ever tasted. Wife and I also bought her book which is a great "how to" when it comes to smoking and filleting fish. Definitely old school.
