Anybody been up to Indian Heaven Wilderness? I tried last month and had to turn around because a good bit of snow was still blocking my route. Tried to go the southern route to Goose lake and ran into the same thing. I was wanting to hike the wilderness, but not sure which ways are open park in and hike in.

Try again in August, or early September if you prefer to not be eaten alive by mosquitoes.

Some folks I know who live in Bingen (have vacation property next to me here on the coast) tell me that the mosquitoes up there as as bad as they get here in WA, so please give us a "bite" :D report when you get back.
