So....is there a McDonalds in the area??

I remember talking to someone and they were talking about a "isolated" basin lake. My comment was "it is within 15 minute drive of a McDonald's". Isolated?? Are you kidding.

I have been working on a book.....Best Kid Fishing Lakes with 30 minutes of a McDonald's. I got the east-side of the state pretty much done, but find it hard to find decent weather over there so I can complete the book.

    Thanks for your help.

    Vladimir,

10 miles or 14 minutes south to Oak Harbor is a McDonald's. Several eating establishment closer. One to the north where they feature oyster burgers and one just south across the bridge.

Both Oak Harbor and Anacortes have McDonalds. They are both within 15-20 minutes of Pass lake.

I'm more interested in where the closest coffee shops are than a mcdonalds, but to each their own pleasures

As in the fish must be eating Big Macs because they are fat. I may have to tie up a Big Mac fly...
