I have been playing around with these and have been doing very well with them
they are flies woven out of mono with the hook hanging below the fly they are not tied onto the hook
Suppose to have there be no resistance against the current and look natural to the fish
they seems to be working so far and are fun to tie

These are using size 16 hooks

Leave it up to Kelvin to find and tie something like this...:) Very unique and cool pattern, and expertly tied. Are those TMC 206BL's or a specialty hook and how about a SBS for us old guys with bad eyes ???

Is there a book to look for that describes recipes and technique?
