I was wondering if anyone new of a reliable shuttle on the Kalama River that is still running or if someone who lives out there wants to shuttle me. I tried a couple numbers I have stored in my phone but both of them have been disconnected and I heard Pritchard's is closed. I am going to be floating it tomorrow. Thanks for any help.

The guy that owns Mahaffey's Campground/RV park behind Mahaffey's store runs a $10 shuttle. I don't have the number stored in my phone, but the shuttle phone # is on a sign on the front exterior of the store.

Thanks for that information. I thought I was going to be walking back to my car with my pontoon on my back.

Klama is one of the rivers you can just stick out your thumb for a ride back to your rig. Wet waders and all. At most three or four cars go by before someone stops.
