Yea, me neither. Gotta sit in my 6 x 10 cube. At least I look out over Liberty Bay. The view is nice for a couple hours maybe once a month. The rest of the time its a good place to look over seagull poop.

Are you going to be meeting up after for dinner or brews?

D3, if the group is meeting up later for food/ale at somplace where a nice looking young lady king fisherwoman with well manicured hands works I could be up for that. I still say that she outfished you the other day and you've not yet told me I'm wrong. I hope whatever beach or beaches you guys stroll out upon on Tuesday has perfect tides, swirling rips, bait fish balls and salmon a plenty...even though I will be stuck in my cubicle (which I think is smaller than 6x10).

I ordered a new rod also! Not sure if I'll have it yet either. I'm tired of casting my stinking 8 wt! I may resort to my 5 wt if this rod doesn't show up. I hit a beach up north this morning with piss poor results...darn. When are more fish going to show? D3, any place for meeting after the adventure is fine with me.

DFL, let me know if you need to borrow a 6wt. It has tamed a fish or two.
Rob, I'd extend the same offer, but when I see you casting my own rod to the backing and beyond I'd be crushed. If yours does not show in time though, let me know. I'm probably not fishing on the 18th.

I am looking forward to coming to this bash and bringing my new 10' echo 7 wt rod to show. Now if I just knew where the bash was going to be I'd show up.

Oh, thanks for the offer Ed. I appreciate it. I'll survive ok with the 8 wt. or 5 wt. It probably doesn't matter since I didn't catch a stinking thing this morning anyway.

The Pt No Fish Pt. Casino sounds ok to me. D3 needs to name a time.

I'm thinking of attending this. I've never beach fished with a fly rod and I don't have a stripping basket. Is that going to be a problem?

    Thanks.

Bruce- you;ll be fine without one. I never use one myself so if you want to use one, I'll bring mine as an extra
