Fished Martha near Warm Beach from about 8 to 11, and things were a little better this trip. I picked up 5 fish, 4 bows and a brown. Not a lot of size to the fish, but plenty of fight. Talking to others, and the fish seem smaller this year. They took leeches, olive waste troll early and black/blue simi later, stripped fast with long pauses between.

The wind picked up and I got hungry, so home I went. As it seems is always the case with Martha, there were chironomids hatching, sz 10 to 16. Fun day for sure!

I may finally have to try this lake. I might have time tomorrow for a couple hours in the afternoon.
