Went Wednesday evening, fished from 730 to 930 and kept mainly to the north side. I strapped on a black wooly and worked my way from the launch. Got a big hit, he swam right at me and I couldn't keep up... So he spit it! Had another hook up soon after but the same thing happened!
Turning back toward the launch, as it was getting late, I switched to a olive wooly with a bead head and like always, as soon as the sun went down the fish came up! Within 15 min, I caught 2 10" bows and a nice 10" perch!
For my first run out there it was fun, nice to float in the water and enjoy a few cold ones. :beer1:
I look forward to learning a little more about this lake.
