I finally got around to making the top secret, baked bean recipe from forum member, Mark Walker. Mark was generous enough to share his recipe with me and if you want it you will have to pester him as my lips are sealed!

I decided to make a blackened pot roast in my new Yellowstone Park dutch oven to go along with the baked beans. (I'm putting it to good use Jerry!!)

This is how the whole thing plated up.

Mark's recipe is definitely the second best baked bean recipe I've ever had:rofl: . It turned out great and the roast was delectable.

That looks good. I finally got a Camp Chef dutch oven for my little family of four. We have not yet christened it, but we will soon.

Ive, if it smells anything like the grub we had at Kelly, you're better off not being able to smell-you'd be slobberin` so much they'd think you had hoof&mouth!!
