    iagree It's like general crime problems,and the judges have to quit being lenient.They're able to fine and suspend licenses and confiscate equipment, that should include everything but the clothes on their backs, vehicles especially. They should at least recover the cost of the damage the poachers have done and part of the cost , if not all the cost of the court and officers expenses. Jail time if neccesary in the county jail.     Ya the poaching hotline is only available/useful during normal business hours mon-fri 8-5. Outside of those hours you have to contact the local state patrol office since the state patrol dispatches WDFW Officers. I have been told by many WDFW Officers they prefer you call WSP dispatch rather then the poaching hotline just because the WSP Dispatch is far more reliable...

    All WSP dispatch #'s are in the hunting and fishing regs
