Well, the planets must have finally come into alignment, as I am headed to Lone for the first time in 2012 on Friday. I will be fishing from a blue Watermaster. I hope to see a familar face or two, or perhaps meet someone new from the forum. Come over and say "Hi!" if you happen to be out there. I'll be sure to post a report.

    Greggor,
About time those planets lined up! Glad to see you getting out fishing.
I am planning to hit Pass this weekend again.

Note to self: Bring extra brew and jerky for friends old and new.

Someone(who will go unnamed) got me started on this beef jerky tradition. Dang you and that delicious peppered jerky!

I might run over for a few hours Friday. The weather is suppose to be nice. I just picked up a cool little back pack type pontoon (green) and want to try it out. If it's breezy I'll take the red Scadden renegade as it has oars.

OK! The resident cookie monster might be there. I better bring cookies too!

It would be good to see you again Steve. Hope you can make it.

    Nick,

You too! You seem to have the fever real bad (and that's a good thing).

I'd love too, but I've decided to devote my life to Boeing. I recently thought about fishing, but that emotion quickly subsided...

Came to work at 2:30 am so I could join you. Unfortunately, I have a email saying I need to attend a meeting.
Will hit RSL or visit Alice.

Yeah, I know. My comment was TIC, but I swear in recent years every week seems to bring another shit-storm that heads my way. I admire those that can seemingly shrug off work situations and not allow it to interfere with their personal schedules. I'm not wired that way and I suppose part of it comes with ones specific role/responsibilities.

Please if you make it on Saturday say hi to me and my mom. If I'm catching fish, I will happily share info.

Freestone, my comment was rooted in the fact that I haven't worked a weekend in 2 months. Now when I step up the weather turns nice...go figure... So, no trap, no fishing, just warming my workstation...
