lone lake

    Has anyone fished Lone Lake (on Whidbey Island)recently and if so can you give me a heads up on what is happenning over there, I've never fished there before. Thanks

    My fishing buddy hit Lone on May 11th. He was dissapointed with both the size and fight of the fish. He felt the number of fish was down from last year and the lake expert agreed with him. And if you have ever fished Lone you've seen and heard the expert. He's damn good. It's worth a shot though. It beats not fishing.

    Thanks for the info. I went out last weekend and did ok- the fish were eating the larval stage of the chironomid. I agree with you, they did not fight that good.
