Husky/aka 'Huskers' was originally my neighbors dog but he came everywhere with Sandy, my Yellow Lab, and me. 135 pounds of 'waddle up' and jump into the back of the Jeep and off the three of us would go. To the lake or to the river. At the lake he/Sandy would do a 'wander around' and 'sniff things' as I cast for Bass or trout. The river bank he'd just flake out behind me on the rocks as I tossed flies or tennis balls for Sandy.

Move down stream and this huge head comes up and a 'Hurrmph?' Move down and flake out again.

Yes, I too offer my condolences. Loosing a four footed friend is tough.

Best wishes to you for your loss. The loving heart of a dog let's us know we are not too far removed from nature
    in any aspect.

    We are one.

    Big hug, Fred
